Q: I can't rely on Pakistani Postal Service, what is the delivery guarantee ?
A: We ship every item by FedEx as our primary mail service. If it is FedEx we should be relaxed. We will email you
the Tracking Number soon as we ship your order. Additionally ,if you want your order to be shipped by other
couriers e.g. UPS, DHL or even Pakistan Post, then please contact us for applicable Shipping costs.

Q: How can I customize my chess set using different color scheme or theme ?
A: Chess sets at PakistanChess.com are carefully planned and designed keeping various trends, demands and tastes
in mind. However it is possible that you need something different. Therefore, you can anytime go to our
Customized Ordering area and design your chess set. There is just one thing to note:, we do not offer customized
ordering for an order less than 50 sets. If you are a Retailer, Whole Seller or Importer you can submit your inquiry
with Customized design and theme. We will email you the approximate order completion time and other related
